Mission
Advocates of Community Centered Enhanced Support Services (ACCESS)is a Community-inspired initiative that was founded in Toronto, ON in the Spring of 2010 by a group of concerned professionals and community activists.
It was created with a vision to help Children with Special Needs and their families to overcome certain basic everyday challenges, and help connect them with available resources.
